Job Summary

  • Provides clinical support for public health nursing activities, including screening, testing, immunizations, treatment coordination, referrals, and follow-up.
  • Oversees all workflows, ensuring open workflows are reviewed daily in the DSHS database and completes performance evaluations for each DIS.
  • Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with community-based organizations to identify target populations and support outreach activities.
