Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to act as a leader to production Associates while performing non-cyclical production work such as ordering and maintaining materials necessary to run production.
This position will follow and ensure written procedures are met to ensure production and quality requirements, including monitoring Standard work and handling Device History Records per defined processes.

Recognize obvious defects in workmanship
Proficient with microscopes and measuring devices
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication skills
Ability to train others on operations
Familiarity with Kanban systems
Willingness to fill in on the line
Experience with medical device preferred
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent education
Associate's degree preferred
7+ years light assembly experience in regulated industry
Computer proficiency required
