  • Employees are responsible for maintaining orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies.
  • Staff must promptly report all changes in resident condition, accidents, or safety violations to the Nurse Supervisor and maintain confidentiality of all care information.
