The role involves performing painting, remodeling, refurbishing tasks, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, and completing minor electrical repairs.

Base: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour; Benefits: company-provided medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability insurance, 401(k) contributions, PTO, sick time

Key Requirements
