Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for identifying residents before administering treatments, recording information accurately, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
This role requires assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their hygiene, and ensuring their comfort and safety within the facility.
