The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and reporting any changes in resident condition.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a calm and supportive environment for all residents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Transport residents safely within facility

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Experience with restorative procedures
Ability to work flexible shifts including PM or Noc
Strong communication with nursing team
