Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary GTS strategic partner to the Clinical Pharmacology & Development functions to understand their scientific strategy, priorities, and unmet data/technology needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end life-cycle management of technology solutions specific to Clinical Pharmacology & Development, including modelling & simulation platforms and Pharmacovigilance systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing GRDTS team dedicated to the Clinical Pharmacology & Development functions, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with software lifecycle methodologies, 21CFR Part 11 compliance, and GxP computer systems validation (CSV), ICH guidelines
