Alira Health is seeking an In-House Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to manage and support clinical sites throughout the research process in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of clinical research experience and possess strong organizational and analytical skills

Job Summary

  • Sr. In-house CRAs manage and support clinical sites from site approval through close-out, working closely with field CRAs and Clinical Project Managers to ensure data integrity without frequent travel.
  • Essential job functions include developing study documents, supporting sites in obtaining IRB approval, responding to regulatory board requests, ensuring regulatory documents are collected and filed, analyzing site performance, and maintaining communication with study sites.
  • The role requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience, at least 7 years in clinical research, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
