Accurately report all observed accidents, incidents, and changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse, maintaining detailed and informative records.
Ensure resident rooms are prepared for admissions, assist with resident transfers and discharges, and maintain resident confidentiality and property.
