Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded while adhering to strict safety and quality requirements.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert who develops new technologies, leads complex projects, and provides supervision for up to 4 to 5 technicians and associate engineers.
• The role requires championing the development of systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Integer Production System framework.
