Job Summary
This role will define and operationalize the standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks that elevate Medical Affairs execution, accelerate launch excellence, and advance healthcare delivery across markets.
Lead the TA/Brand Field Medical Leaders Forum to align on strategy, capabilities, and execution excellence; drive consistency and continuous improvement across geographies.
Drive adoption of Medical CRM, insight platforms, content management, and analytics dashboards; set data quality standards and steward master data relevant to Field Medical.

Key Requirements
Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) preferred

Proven ability to collaborate across geographies, cultures, and functions
