The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities while maintaining good communication with employees, residents, families, and external personnel.
The position requires assisting with development of monthly activity calendars, attendance records, discharge planning, and ensuring the Activity Department remains clean, orderly, and secured.
