The role requires adherence to strict safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems.

Salary
Base: $77,550 - $113,740; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
High School Graduate with post-secondary education
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience coordinating contractor work
Ability to approve time-sheets and manage staffing
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience with new facility construction projects
Effective communication with EHSS representatives
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years technical or maintenance experience
High School Graduate with relevant post-secondary education
