Must-have
Propulsion Engineering System Integration
Aircraft Configuration Management
Project Management and Stakeholder Management
Experience with PDM/VPM tools
Change Management in Propulsion Engineering
Knowledge of Aircraft build process
Nice-to-have
Design experience in Pylons and Nacelles
Awareness of Airbus processes and methods
Ability to influence without authority
Experience working with Engine Manufacturers

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in Propulsion or Airframe Engineering
Experience in Configuration Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and transnational environment
