Must-have

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
  • 6-9 years experience in Revit family creation
  • Strong knowledge of parametric modeling
  • Experience leading teams of Revit designers
  • Adherence to BIM standards and workflows

Nice-to-have

  • Dynamo or Python scripting for automation
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other BIM tools
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments
  • Ability to work UK/US shifts on need basis
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • 6-9 years of experience in BIM modeling and Revit family creation
  • Current title as Senior REVIT designer or above
