Job Summary
This full-time, in-person role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for recent graduates (or those with 0-3 years of experience) who are eager to dive deep into our enterprise software, master implementation projects, and build toward a full Business Development Manager role.
You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO on special implementation projects, gaining hands-on expertise in NEXGEN’s platform, client processes, and strategic deployment.
The compensation range for the annual base pay for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 , dependent upon experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered that includes paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health insurance; and other supplemental benefits.
