Job Summary

• The Leave Management Specialist manages the Leave Management Program for the Department of Residential Facilities employees and serves as the department liaison for ADA accommodations led by University HR.
• This role provides responsive guidance to employees and supervisors, ensures accurate documentation and Workday coordination, and supports operational continuity in a university residential environment through consistent, confidential leave and accommodation administration.
• The position requires the ability to travel around campus for meetings, monitor work activities, move and set up tables and chairs, and may require working outdoors, in confined spaces, utility rooms, and at rooftop elevations.
