Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years financial counseling experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Fluent English, bilingual English-Spanish if required
  • Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or CFP or ChFC certification
  • Ability to obtain Tier 2 investigation clearance
  • Pass OCI process
