The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, mobility, and preparing for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting incidents.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in regular nursing shift meetings for continuous improvement.
