Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial Engineering
12–15 years of experience in aerospace supply chain, supplier development, or work transfer / industrialization programs
Proven track record managing multi-supplier transition projects
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes
Working knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and DFMEA/PFMEA frameworks
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
