The Field Engineer I performs on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment.
Works with experienced Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, to learn troubleshooting, repair and equipment installation techniques.
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business.

Base: $66,000.00-$99,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: competitive benefits package

Key Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
High school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
Graduate of the GEHC Apprentice Program
Valid Driver’s License
Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted
Frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods
Reach at, above and below shoulder level
Flex/extend neck and have good hand and finger dexterity
