Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure across a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, including system migrations, new implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Design and support solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 within hybrid and multi-cloud environments, integrating identity and access controls and leading cloud migrations.
