• Develop regional business plans by conducting SWOT analysis of the market and setting regional business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in implementing their business plans to ensure effective goal achievement.
• Discover any team vacancies and promptly recruit qualified new employees to fill vacancies in accordance with company recruitment regulations and business capability models, while providing field coaching to medical representatives using field coaching forms.
