This job assumes responsibility for operation, technical and personnel management related duties for assigned Laboratory section and for solving day to day lab operational problems.

Key Requirements
Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology or related field
4 years experience in high complexity testing
Current state license if applicable
ASCP certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician
Completion of ASCP Certification Maintenance Program if certified after 2004
