Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • minimum one year customer service experience
  • valid Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification Card within 90 days
  • current CPR certification within 90 days
  • valid driver’s license and automobile liability coverage
  • CPI certification within six months
  • preferred IAHSS Basic Healthcare Security Officer certification within twelve months
