Job Summary

  • Provide strategic, business-partnering legal consultation and advice to support business growth initiatives across Japan & South Korea.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and provide legal support to the JSK OU Marketing team, including review of marketing materials and consultation on activations.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and provide training in areas like corporate governance, Code of Business Conduct, and Anti-Bribery Policy.
