Job Summary

  • The objective of this role is to support and enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards ensuring that all assets, maintenance activities, and services are performed in accordance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, manufacturer recommendations, and site-specific performance metrics.
  • This position combines office-based administrative responsibilities with field activities, including visual and hands-on inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building envelope systems.
  • This position includes a competitive benefits package and participates in rotating shifts and on-call coverage as required.
