The Identity and Access Management (IAM) unit is a key function within IT Security, responsible to oversee the IAM function within the organization and deals with provisioning and protecting digital identities and user access permissions in IT systems. Responsibilities: Perform user access provisioning and de-provisioning across various systems and applications. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely and secure access management. Monitor and respond to IAM-related service requests and incidents. Assist in periodic access reviews and certification campaigns. Maintain accurate documentation of IAM processes and access records. Collaborate with IT and business units to resolve access-related issues. Support compliance and audit activities by providing necessary access logs and reports. Participate in IAM tool configuration, testing, and deployment activities as needed. Ensure adherence to security policies and standards in all IAM operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations or IAM-related roles, preferably in financial institutions or related industries. Skills and Knowledge Understanding of access control principles and IAM lifecycle processes. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow) Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Knowledge on AD, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services, REST, SCIM, Flat-file. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to the financial sector in Singapore, including MAS guidelines, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other relevant data protection and access control standards. Exposure to cloud platforms and IAM integration (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
