Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent observation of residents to check for skin breakdowns, pressure areas, and other medical needs, reporting any issues immediately to supervisors.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Record entries on notes and incident reports
