  • The RN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients.
  • Partners with patients and families to develop, implement and evaluate plan of care, treatments and procedures that contribute to the physiological and psychosocial outcomes of the patient.
  • Accurately completes all required clinical and quality documentation consistently per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
