The RN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients.
Partners with patients and families to develop, implement and evaluate plan of care, treatments and procedures that contribute to the physiological and psychosocial outcomes of the patient.
Accurately completes all required clinical and quality documentation consistently per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
