Base: $19.26 - $30.76 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with company match and more
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Basic MIG welding experience
Operate stand-up forklift safely
Measure and cut pipe accurately
Setup and maintain fabrication machines
Follow OSHA safety guidelines
Nice-to-have
Lined pipe fabrication experience
Experience with Conrac or T-drill
Outstanding math skills
Ability to thrive in inclusive environment
Results-focused in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Prior shop or fabrication experience preferred
Basic MIG welding experience required
Safely operate stand-up forklift
Experience operating cutting and threading machinery preferred
