Be very close to business areas to map processes, understand similarities and differences between areas, identify pain points, and ensure the necessary data for project success is generated.
Create, maintain, and manage results (indicators) in conjunction with business area leaders.
Be a guardian of customer base data quality, collaborating on data adjustments and designing processes to improve data completeness and quality from operations.
