Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
experience on SOP, SLO, SU, Automation, Capacity Management, Operational Improvement, Operational Readiness Testing
technically troubleshoot cloud solutions
experience supporting monitoring, alerting, or pipeline analysis tools
practical exposure to IT and Cloud operations
knowledge of standard automation tools and scripting: Terraform, FLUX
experience in implementing measurements and alerting using Splunk Grafana, Prometheus, Argos, ServiceNow
