Job Summary

  • GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is seeking an experienced Etch Technologist with a strong passion for developing new technologies to expand GF’s technology portfolio with a main focus on silicon photonics.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for being the conduit for Etch Engineers and our leading-edge R&D programs in our most advanced fab located in Malta, New York.
  • Collaborate across organization including process integration to provide manufacturable etch processes to meet process assumptions and yield requirements.
