Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
Works with the DON to recruit, hire, train, and manage nursing staff, including appraisals and disciplinary actions.
Oversees clinical operations, ensures resident safety, and acts as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
