Key Requirements

• Chef training or culinary management certificate/diploma per OLTCH Act
• Certificate of qualification as a Cook issued by an authority meeting OLTCH Act requirements
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in food and nutrition management
• Red Seal certification preferred
• Current Food Handler's Certificate
• Complete Vulnerable Sector Check including Criminal Background Check
