Job Summary
As an RN on this team, you will be required to float to Weston Abdominal Transplant Unit (Liver/Kidney), which provides comprehensive care for liver and kidney transplant patients, including both living- and deceased-donor procedures.
You will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional support, from initial introduction to final send-off, interacting directly with patients and families to enhance their experience, providing healthcare information, and addressing the behavioral, developmental and psychosocial needs of patients of all ages.
Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources.
