  • The Global Head, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) serves as the enterprise owner of CSL’s end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process—spanning Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Inventory, Financial Integration, and Executive IBP alignment.
  • This executive leader routinely presents to the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT), Executive IBP, Global Operations Leadership Team, and other senior forums—driving executive alignment on scenarios, trade-offs, risks, and enterprise-wide planning outcomes.

  • Leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership of multiple departments and leaders
  • Deep expertise in IBP/S&OP process design, governance
  • Expert knowledge of advanced planning systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise transformation
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, or equivalent certifications expected
