The primary function of this role is to review title commitments and attorney title opinion letters to identify matters to be cured prior to or at closing.
This position requires seven years of minimum title curative experience with deep expertise in specific state markets including Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Employees will work remotely from any location within the United States while collaborating with Title Examiners and Closing Associates to meet strict service-level agreements.

Salary
Base: $26.20 - $39.40 hourly (CA CT MD MA NJ NY WA DC); Base: $25.00 - $37.40 hourly (CO HI IL MN NV OH RI VT); Equity awards eligible based on experience, performance, and location

Ability to read title commitments and delete requirements
Confidence editing technical legal documents such as affidavits
Understanding of title clearance requirements and pro forma policies
