Supports Benefits administrative activities to ensure proper coverage of benefits to all employees.
Uses ServiceNow ticketing system to efficiently respond to all issues, tracking steps of resolution and communication with customers, meeting service levels set out in Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Assists with development of new benefit reports, metrics, and queries using Workday to support stakeholder needs.
