Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of fit-out projects — from initial concept to final handover. Work closely with the design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Verify and coordinate supplier and contractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials. Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and on-site challenges, ensuring smooth project execution. Ensure all designs, works, and approvals meet landlord, authority, and safety regulations. Oversee site operations, ensuring workmanship quality, timeline adherence, and safety standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation — contracts, meeting notes, reports, and cost tracking.
