The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while strictly adhering to infection control policies.
Staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular shift meetings for improvement
Key Requirements
