  • This role will act as the commercial lead for key education framework engagements, resolve escalated commercial disputes, and drive consistency across tender submissions.
  • You will lead all commercial aspects of education tenders to protect BAM’s commercial position, support pricing submissions, and drive commercial performance across the Education Sector.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within pre construction or construction framework led environments.
  • Strong understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi disciplinary teams.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common forms of construction contracts.
  • Commercially astute with ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of performance measurement, risk/opportunity management and change control.
