  • The Strategic Capital Markets Advisory team is an extremely active and fast-growing group within PJT.
  • The team advises clients on a broad range of transactions and structures, benefiting from being highly active in both public (High Yield, TLB), private markets (private credit, bank loans) and structured / hybrid products.
  • As a Vice President in the Strategic Capital Markets Advisory team, you will sit within the Strategic Advisory Group but will also work frequently with the Restructuring and Special Situations Group.
