Base: $40.74 per hour starting wage increased to $41.44 after 60-day probation; Bonus/Equity: $5,000 signing bonus plus potential $3.00 per hour increase after 2-year assessment; Benefits: Health benefits, life insurance, pension, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3 years industrial electrical/programming experience or 2-year technical degree
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, Siemens PLCs preferred
Knowledge of motor control systems up to 480 volts
Ability to perform calibrations and maintenance of analytical instrumentation
