Job Summary

  • This position coordinates program operations and workflow for the UBC Respirology Postgraduate Training Programs and VGH Division of Respiratory Medicine, ensuring smooth operations by administering schedules, overseeing communications, supporting clinical and academic activities, and maintaining program documentation and records.
  • The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders including residency program staff, medical regulatory bodies, and teaching hospitals to maintain accreditation standards and support clinical fellows.
  • This is a part-time position at 0.32 FTE (11.2 hours/week) located at the Lung Centre, with responsibilities including organizing meetings, managing financial processes, and supporting program development and training.
