Job Summary

  • The Regional FAST Manager is responsible for the overall performance management and scheduling of a team of FAST resources across a determined geographic area.
  • Key responsibilities include assignment scheduling, performance management, timecard management, analyzing productivity data, and implementing process improvements to enhance team performance and employee satisfaction.
  • This is a hybrid exempt position that will work from home with an expectation to be in the office, both locally and withing a geographic region to support clients and employees when needed.
