Job Summary
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Performance Engineering and System Test Architecture function, ensuring scalability, reliability, and resilience of digital platforms and applications.
This role will define test architecture strategies, build reusable frameworks, and drive performance and security testing initiatives across the enterprise.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of performance engineers and test architects, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across the QE organization.
