Accountable for achievement of sales and profit targets (NSV and GP) and driving share in account through distribution, NPD, share of space and activation aligned to brand plans.
Formulate and implement joint business plans with customers while tracking company measures and proposing remedial actions to address gaps.
Work with internal teams such as category management, marketing, supply chain, technical, and R&D to define strategy and ensure execution of agreed plans.
