Job Summary

  • The VP will be part of the team responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of secured Real Estate and Data Center Finance transactions for BBVA’s U.S. client base.
  • Manage the deal analysis and approval process of loan requests and renewals, including the underwriting process, loan booking, and loan monitoring.
  • In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
